Industry Engagement Opportunities

 

Sponsor the brightest young ag robotic developers as they create real-world solutions. Showcasing engineering, computer science, and critical thinking ability, student teams will program a farm robot to perform and automate an essential farm function on any crop or farm size using the Farm-Ng robotics platform with real-life farm automation challenges led by the University of California.

  • Up to 10 teams from top agriculture and robotics universities in the U.S.
  • Leverages commercial technology and an open software and hardware platform to work towards market-ready solutions.
  • An exciting project to attract students to robotics careers in agriculture.
  • Aimed at creating a collaborative community of young robotics engineers Solutions aimed at appropriate technology for farms of all sizes.

    • Top-level sponsor for the challenge in all digital, print, and on-site media
    • Sponsorship of all teams at all participating universities
    • Challenge judging seat 
    • Access to all university student profiles electing to share
    • 10 tickets to FIRA USA and robot demonstration
    • Mentorship opportunities across all university teams

  • Demonstration Sponsor: $40,000 (1 Available)
    • Sponsorship of all four winning teams 

    • Sticker placement on all winning robots

    • Recognition on all digital, print, and on-site signage as the demonstration sponsor

    • Mentorship opportunities across all winning teams

    • Access to all university student profiles electing to share

    • 6 tickets to FIRA USA and robot demonstration
       

  • University or team sponsor (cost varies)

    • Universities are looking for sponsors to help them purchase loaned robots and build more extensive applications - we can facilitate connections based on your location, crop specialty, organization mission, etc, and can offer recognition on challenge media and tickets to FIRA USA and robot demonstration event

    • 2023 Grand Prize naming privileges
